12pm to 2pm (12pm-Lunch, 1pm–Talk)
Farrer Park Medical Centre, 1 Farrer Park Station Road, Connexion #16-06, TK Low Academic Specialist Centre, Singapore 217562
Headaches are one of the most common symptoms a GP will encounter in their practice. What are the red flags to watch out for, and what are the common causes of headaches and the treatment options?
Giddiness, another common symptom often encountered also presents challenges for GPs. How can a doctor detect benign positional vertigo, and how can an Epley’s maneuver be carried out instead of giving anti-emetics which is often ineffective for BPPV?
Lastly, neck pain and low back pain can often be treated conservatively. Join us at our CME Lunch Talk where Neurosurgeon Dr Timothy Lee will present the treatment protocols and when surgery will be required for such patients.
*This session is open to doctors and healthcare professionals only.
Lunch and complimentary parking will be provided. CME points will be awarded. Thank you.
