Biography
Dr. Teh Peng Hooi is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in private practice since 1984. He graduated MBSS Singapore in 1972 and obtained FRCS Edinburgh 1977. He has special interest in workmen compensation assessment claims as well as medico-legal specialist assessment especially following road traffic accidents and industrial accidents.
Dr. Teh provides treatment for patients with the following conditions: hand injuries such as fractures and soft tissues, as well as upper limb soft tissue rheumatic conditions, complicated complex fractures including osteoporotic fractures, paediatric conditions like congenital hip dislocation and dysplasia, congenital club foot, cerebral palsy; hip and knee degenerative joint disorders including joint replacement arthroplasty, slipped disc, spinal disc surgery, laminectomies, spinal fusion and problematic hand.
Dr Teh's specialty interests are complicated complex fractures, fractures and soft tissues, hand injuries, hip and knee degenerative joint disorders, pediatric conditions including congenital hip dislocation and dysplasia, congenital club foot, celebral palsy, upper limb soft tissue rheumatic conditions
