During pre-registration, our Patient Services Centre officers will inform you of the estimated bill size for the stay during financial counselling and our payment process. Our officers will also be obtaining the necessary permissions from you or your next of kin for processes related to your admission.
Please arrive at the hospital at the time advised by your doctor. For surgical procedures, we generally recommend arriving two hours before the scheduled time.
The Main Patient Services Centre operates daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including public holidays.
For admissions after these hours, please proceed to the 24-hour Medical Urgency Clinic for registration.
If you require directions or assistance upon arrival, our Patient Relations staff at Level 2 will be happy to assist you.
Throughout your hospital stay, our team will keep you informed of upcoming treatments and provide interim billing updates, so you have a clear understanding of your care and charges.
Hospital discharge time is usually 11 a.m. An interim bill will be presented at discharge, with the final bill issued within two business days.
For patients without insurance coverage, full settlement of the interim bill is required prior to discharge. Accepted payment methods include cash, NETS, and major credit cards.
