Senior Geriatric Consultant
A/Prof James Low is a Senior Consultant and Ethics Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and practices Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care. He holds several positions including Chairman of the Clinical Ethics Committee (KTPH), Programme Director of Gericare@North (KTPH), Chairman of Advance Care Planning Committee (KTPH), Member of the National ACP Steering Committee and Co-Chairman of the Singapore Hospice Council Ethics Committee.
His educational profile includes being an Adjunct Associate Professor at Lee Kong Chian – Imperial College School of Medicine, NTU, and Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. He is also a member of Geriatric Education & Research Institute's (GERI) Senior Management and Research Committee. He has special interests in ethics, education, advance care planning, nursing home medicine and telehealth.
