Dr. Menon will be sharing on PR bleeding and its association with colorectal cancer and piles, dyspepsia: when to treat/when to scope upfront/when to scan, as well as hernias. Dr. Yeo will be sharing on the management of Leg and Back Pains.

Dr. Mohandas Menon
General Surgeon
Dr. Mohandas Menon is a senior consultant specializing in general surgery. He began his training as part of the pioneer batches of surgeons in Singapore. He was subsequently given an overseas training award by the Royal College of Surgeons.
Upon completing his training in colorectal and general surgery in the United Kingdom, Dr. Menon took up multiple consultant positions at several hospitals there. He eventually returned to Singapore in a senior consultant role.
He brings with him a wealth of experience and depth of operative skills which he developed during his years helming surgical services in leading UK hospitals.
Dr. Yeo Sow Nam
Anesthesiologist
Dr. Yeo Sow Nam is the director of The Pain Specialist, Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard and Novena), founding Chairman of Chapter of Pain Medicine Clinicians, Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
Formerly, he was the founder and chairman of Singapore General Hospital Pain Management Centre, the President of Pain Association of Singapore, a Ministry of Health-appointed advisory member for Pain Management, and the president for World Institute of Pain (Southeast Asia Chapter).
He was appointed as an examiner for the esteemed Fellowship of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), awarded by World Institute of Pain and is the only Southeast Asian to be given this honour.
