Biography

Dr. Eugene Wee is Clinical Director of a specialist private dental practice called Symmetry Dentofacial Aesthetics, a visiting orthodontist with the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS), a visiting consultant with Changi General Hospital, a Teaching Fellow with Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and a Clinical Lecturer with the National University of Singapore, where he teaches the specialty of orthodontics to postgraduate residents. He had spent 10 years at NDCS treating patients since the start of his clinical practice, during which a large part was at the Department of Orthodontics, which began since his residency days.  

Dr. Wee is also a registered specialist with the Singapore Dental Council, and the Academy of Medicine. He is one of the first few orthodontists on the roll of dental specialists in Singapore to have been exit-certified by examination, and one of the pioneer dental surgeons in Singapore to be accredited by the Singapore Dental Council, and to have received training from the National Skin Centre in aesthetic facial procedures of botulinum toxin and dermal filler administration.

Prior to moving to Farrer Park, he was Head of Clinical Imaging and part of the Senior Management team at NDCS, with a simultaneous appointment as Visiting Consultant at the Changi General Hospital.  

He had also been actively involved in the Pioneer Fellows Programme, a teaching fellowship run by SingHealth and Duke-NUS. 

Dr. Wee's specialty interests are aesthetic facial procedures of botulinum toxin and dermal filler administration.
