Dr Luisa Lee
President & Chief Executive Officer

A medical doctor and public health specialist by training,
Dr Luisa Lee's illustrious career spans 30 years of service in the public sector, including her role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Woodbridge Hospital (now Institute of Mental Health) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Both hospitals were built, developed and officially opened under her esteemed leadership.

Dr Lee was formerly Medical Director of the Ministry of Health's Training and Health Education Department, and external lecturer and examiner to the Community Occupational and Family Medicine Department of the National University of Singapore. She also worked with the National Healthcare Group as CEO of its New Ventures Division until 2003, when she left to start and manage Eu Yan Sang Integrative Health Pte Ltd.

Dr Jean Ong
Vice President, Hospital
General Manager, Farrer Park Hospital

Trained as a clinician, Dr Jean Ong has over 25 years of experience in hospital administration in the public and private healthcare sectors. She started her career in government hospitals such as Singapore General Hospital and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and subsequently spent 18 years in the private sector where she took on various senior management positions at the ParkwayHealth Group.

Most recently, she was the CEO of a community hospital before joining The Farrer Park Company where she currently assists in the strategic and pre-opening planning of Farrer Park Hospital and will be responsible for the management and operations of the hospital.

Mr Gilbert Madhavan
Vice President, Hotel Operations

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr Gilbert Madhavan has worked in Asia, Australia and the Caribbean, spending the last 16 years with Raffles Hotels & Resorts. During his tenure at Raffles, Mr Madhavan successfully opened and managed Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor in Siem Reap, Cambodia, as one of the world's grand historic hotels and resorts. He further played a pivotal role in promoting Cambodia as a destination of choice for visitors.

For his outstanding achievement in the hospitality industry, Mr Madhavan was presented the 2003 international Management Action Award by the Chartered Management Institute, Singapore and SPRING Singapore.

Ms Han May Ching
Vice President, Business Development

During her 12 years at the Singapore Tourism Board, Ms Han May Ching made significant contributions in the areas of international marketing, business development, strategic planning (e.g. Tourism 2015 Roadmap), policy-making, partnerships and collaborations. With a deep understanding of overseas markets, she helped raise Singapore's profile as the preferred destination for international conferences, tradeshows, events and leisure travel.

During her tenure from 2008 to 2012 as Mount Alvernia Hospital’s Director of Corporate Development, the hospital won the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (Heritage Brands) consecutively from 2009 to 2011 and the Singapore Experience Awards (Best Healthcare Experience) in 2011.

Mr James Woo
Vice President, Information Technology

Mr James Woo brings with him extensive experience in healthcare Information Technology (IT), particularly in his roles as Deputy Chief Information Officer of MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the National Healthcare Group and CIO of Starhub Ltd where he led the Information System division to develop applications that won awards from ZDNet, Billing World, CIO Magazine, MIS Asia IT, Intelligent20 and Symantec.

Mr Francis Tsui
Project Director

With a 30-year track record in the building and construction industry, Mr Francis Tsui has managed and developed large-scale international projects, including Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit stations, Resorts World and Universal Studio Theme Park, Hong Kong's Disney Theme Park, Shanghai's JC Mandarin Hotel, golf course resorts and Lifung Industrial Parks in China, the Japanese Embassy in Moscow, the Barbican Art Centre and Holiday Inn in the United Kingdom, and the Dar Es Salam International Airport, oil refineries and hospitals across the Middle Eastern and African continents.

Ms Angie Ng
Director of Nursing

Ms Angie Ng is a qualified nurse with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having specialised in nursing management, clinical nursing, and nursing education. Ms Ng has worked in several public and private hospitals in Singapore and overseas, including having served as Chief Operating Officer/Director of Nursing at Regency Specialist Hospital (Malaysia), Assistant Director of Nursing at the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (Singapore) and Head of Institute of Clinical Education (Nursing & Allied Health) at the National Healthcare Group College (Singapore).

Ms Jessie Goh
Vice President, Finance
Company Secretary

Ms Jessie Goh is an experienced Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Secretary from the United Kingdom, Fellow CPA Singapore, and she holds an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma) from the University of Miami. Ms Goh has worked with several SGX mainboard-listed companies. She was formerly Director (Finance) of Scotts Holdings (now the Ascotts Ltd), Vice President (Finance) of Yeo Hiap Seng and Summa Investments (now Pacific Century Regional Developments) and Director (Finance and Administration) of United Fiber System.

Ms Yeo Swee Har
Vice President, Human Resource

With 30 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) management, Ms Yeo Swee Har’s extensive senior management and leadership portfolio includes restructuring and setting up HR departments, conducting due diligence for healthcare acquisitions, manpower planning, talent acquisition, development of HR policies and procedures, employee engagement programmes and employee relations.

Prior to joining The Farrer Park Company, Ms Yeo spent 18 years in the healthcare sector where she headed the HR departments of several established hospitals and healthcare institutions. She was also a key member of the senior leadership team that corporatised a women’s hospital, a general hospital, a mental health institution and a group of primary healthcare polyclinics.
